This was the EASIEST macaroni, no kidding, just three ingredients - well, it took two things of Boursin cheese, so four ingredients, really, if you count two of those as two separate ingredients. And it tasted great!
BOURSIN MACARONI
Ingredients
1 package Tinkyada macaroni
1 12-oz can evaporated milk
2 5.3-oz packages Boursin garlic and fine herbs spreadable cheese
Cook your macaroni according to package directions. I used Tinkyada because I'm gluten free, but any box of macaroni will do.
Drain and return to the hot pasta pot.
Pour in your evaporated skim milk.
Add your Boursin cheese, crumbling it as you add it.
Stir until the cheese melts.
That's it.
That's all, I swear.
A beautiful macaroni and cheese, in no more steps than that.
