A Quick And Healthy Tilapia

~Or, ‘A Quick And Healthy White-Fish-Fillet-Of-Whatever-Sort-You-Like,’ really, tilapia is just one of my favorites!

I have been fairly disciplined in my short workout routines lately, and my muscle tone is developing nicely! and I needed some quick healthy dinners this week to go along with that.

This is a bag of frozen, boneless skinless tilapia fillets.
I have an air fryer setting on my oven, so I used that. You certainly could do this in a regular air fryer, or you could use a regular 350 setting on your oven. Whatever works! Just keep an eye on them so they don’t cook too long. The time would be different for each.

I thawed the bag of tilapia in the fridge, and then set them out on parchment paper on a sheet pan, as you can see here.

I simply sprinkled paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder straight out of the spice containers all over the fillets. Shoved them in the oven, and left them in there until they flaked easily with a fork.

I’ll serve them with a sprinkling of parsley and a wedge of lemon! Nice and easy.
